After
returning from a month at Winterthur Museum in Delaware, USA, I have come back to
lots of ceramic-related news:
The
excellent blog for the upcoming V&A exhibition Blue and White: British
printed ceramics can be found here. A recent entry by Sau Fong Chan on Scottish Ceramics in
Singapore is a great read.
The Henry Rothschild Memorial Lecture with Alison
Britton OBE will be held on Thursday 20th November at the Shipley
Art Gallery.
An exhibition called Ahead of the Curve: new china from China is
currently on display at The Wilson, Cheltenham, until the 30th
November 2014. The exhibition showcases contemporary ceramics and glass from
emerging and established Chinese artists. Click here.
I can definitely recommend applying for one of Winterthur’s
research fellowships, click here.
